At Beso Bistro we bring regional coastal Californian fare infused with global flavors to the idyllic setting of Hamilton Field in Novato.  We craft all our dishes using locally sourced organic produce, the freshest sustainable seafood available, pasture raised certified Angus beef and Mary's free range chicken. Each meal is hand made to order and served up with a generous helping of love.

Our wines are hand selected to complement our food or enjoy on their own. We feature a majority of California appellations as well as some thoughtfully selected imports to please any palette.
