At Beso Bistro we bring regional coastal Californian fare infused with global flavors to the idyllic setting of Hamilton Field in Novato. We craft all our dishes using locally sourced organic produce, the freshest sustainable seafood available, pasture raised certified Angus beef and Mary's free range chicken. Each meal is hand made to order and served up with a generous helping of love.

Tasty Wine

Our wines are hand selected to complement our food or enjoy on their own. We feature a majority of California appellations as well as some thoughtfully selected imports to please any palette.

Charming Atmosphere

Dine indoors in our cozy dining room featuring reclaimed wood accented walls, intimate lighting and local artwork from the Marin Museum of Contemporary Art or enjoy our open air patio with palm trees, crepe myrtles and shade sails. From the scenic drive down the palm-lined entrance to the historic architecture to the friendly unpretentious service, a trip to Beso will transport you to another place. Few words about Beso Bistro

Welcome to Beso Bistro !

Beso Bistro serves Coastal Californian cuisine with flavors inspired by the Mediterranean, Asia, Latin America and the American South. Our menu is seafood driven, with fresh fish and shellfish delivered daily. We also feature certified Angus beef and locally sourced organic produce whenever possible. We offer daily specials and thoughtfully selected local wines and draft beers. Each meal is prepared fresh for you, and we are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs.

Owner Michelle Berlin Christian is a Novato native and resides in the neighborhood with her husband, Rev. Daniel Christian, and their daughter Tessa. Head Chef Fernando Mazariegos has been at the helm creating mouth-watering favorites and specials since inception in 2014.
